For these professionals, the complete version of a heated spatula, including case and tips, may involve a partly unnecessary expense.

The CTS ARTIST III “Basic” was designed precisely for this reason. It provides the core components of the instrument—the electronic control unit and handpiece—while allowing operators to use the tips they prefer. The ESD/LEAD FREE control unit features a display that simultaneously shows the set and actual temperatures, so the instrument’s status is always clearly visible, without uncertain waiting times. The temperature can be adjusted across a wide range, from 25 to 420 °C, making it suitable for both delicate consolidation treatments and lining operations. The stand-by function protects the tips and handpiece during pauses, reducing wear and energy consumption.

The handpiece, equipped with a tip holder and built-in sensor, ensures accurate temperature readings directly at the working point. The 1.1-metre cable provides freedom of movement, while the handpiece holder integrated into the control unit keeps the workstation tidy and safe.
